Our story
Remedium grew out of conversations in the University of Cambridge Energy Group — a few young scientists asking why heavy industry was still burning gas when off-peak electricity was getting cheaper every year.
The answer was a chemistry problem. So we built Lime|loop — a chemical heat battery that stores energy in CaO ↔ CaCO₃ bonds and captures food-grade CO₂ in the same cycle.
