What we look for

→Chemical, mechanical, and process engineers who've shipped real hardware.
→Commercial leads with industrial energy or utilities experience.
→Operators who've built pilots, FEEDs, or first-of-a-kind plants.
→Software / controls engineers comfortable in physical environments.
